How To Re-activate Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac after SSD upgrade, Please.

I use Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac Version 10.4.0 (29337)
I also have a number of full Licenses for Parallels Desktop 10 in addition to Parallels Desktop 14 and some older versions.
After having to replace my SSD on my Mac Air, I'm trying to re-activate Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac running Mojave (10.14.6).

The product says that I should email activatepd@parallels.com, but Parallels seems to have shut off that email address, so that doesn't help me.

May you please provide me with a new Activation as I have purchased this and I can't use Parallels on my mac that has the new SSD.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
