How to Redeem WindowsQuickStartKit Code?

Hi - I have a code as part of my Windows 8.1 Pro purchase in there a coupon code to download and install copy of Parallels Desktop for my Mac.

I visited the page www.parallels.com/WindowsQuickStartKit

There it told me to Redeem Voucher which was a link to Parallels 11. I downloaded and installed it as a trial, even registered a account.

I followed the KB article to redeem codes, but it did not take my 9 digit coupon code.

I would appreciate the help in obtaining my copy of Parallels Desktop based on this special gift from Parallels card included in my retail Windows 8.1 Pro package.

Ok I figured out now where the coupon code goes, it is at checkout, but my coupon errors:

An error occurred while validating your entries. Please correct the data in the highlighted fields below.

Note, the kit I have is the Windows Pro 8 ios Developer kit which included Parallels desktop version. The coupon code is for it to be a free purchase. When I click on the link above, it takes me to Redeem coupon for Parallels 9. Except when that Redeem link takes me to straight to Parallels 11.

Any help would be appreciated to ensure I can redeem my coupon code.
