How to see if IVT/VT-X is available/enabled?

Hi,

In Parallels Desktop 4.0, is there a way to easily tell if the VT-X/IVT/Vanderpool extensions are available and/or in use by Parallels on my Mac? On this forum, I've seen older references to this info being shown in the About window in Parallels Workstation, but nothing about Desktop (and I don't see this info there either...)

Failing that, what's the best way to find your Mac's actual processor model - "About This Mac" just says "Core 2 Duo" - to cross-reference it with Intel's product docs to get this info? Google isn't helping me much in this regard; my Mac is a 2007-model 2.16GHz Macbook Pro.
