How to share Internet connection from Windows Virtual Machine to Mac OS M4 Silicon

hello, i have mb pro m4 pro and setup a windows vm that i can use to access my company network via vpn client (F5 Network VPN) and i work fine ,
i need to one of two things , either to (share) the vpn connection to the host machine ( macos) which would be the better option

forward a specific domains example ( dev.internal ) and ip address when called from browser and other application to the vm that have access
