Hi, when I look in in my "~/AppData/Roaming/Parallels/Shared Applications" folder (in windows) I see a list of EXEs that mirrors my "/Applications" folder on my mac. This is ALMOST what I want, however, I have some apps that are not in that "/Applications" folder. I have some apps that are in my "/Users/~/Applications" folder and they are not in the list, consequently I cannot launch those mac apps from my Windows VM. The reason they are in the User folder is because I want them to be available to that user only, not to everyone who uses the system, so I really don't want to have to move the apps into the main Applications folder.
Is there any way to add an EXE that will let me launch a mac app that is not in the default Applications folder?

OSX 10.8.5
Parallels Build 8.0.18608
Running Windows 8 in my VM
