How to start a shell script when the guest VM boots?

    I'm running Parallels 10 on OS X 10.10 with a Windows 8.1 guest VM.

    I would like to run a shell script on the host (OS X) after the guest (Win8) is finished booting.

    Does anyone know how to accomplish that?
