How to uninstall Parallels 3 from Snow Leopard ?

Hi there,

Foolish me I assumed that Parallels 3.0 would carry on working after I upgraded my machine to Snow Leopard, so now I have a message saying I can't run this version of Parallels on this version of OSX :-(

And to top it off I can't uninstall Parallels because the uninstaller crashes with "Uninstall Parallels Desktop quit unexpectedly." :-(

Is there a manual process to remove Parallels 3.0 ?
