I have a Mac with Mac OS 10.11 El Capitan. I am using the "ABC Extended" keyboard layout, formerly called "U.S. Extended" it seems. I am running Windows XP as a virtual machine with Parallels 11, and the keyboard layout doesn't carry over. When I am in Windows, the Mac layout automatically switches to just "U.S." -- and stays so when I switch back to the Mac! I have read that the corresponding keyboard layouts have to be installed in the Windows system, but when I check in the Regional and Language options I do not see any equivalent Apple/Parallels keyboard. How can I get the "Extended" layout to work in Windows?
