Howto Publish Explorer.exe with Specific Drives, Folders

Need HELP!!
does any one know how to Publish Explorer.exe with Specific Drives, Specific Folders
We have Share folder on D:\Users\Public (windows 2008)
%windir%\explorer.exe D:\Users\Public (worked in windows command line) but not able function in 2X server settings Target: or Start in:

Publishing Explorer to a defined path

Open 2X console > Publishing

On the top, you will find "Predefined Applications". Click on it, and select MS Windows Explorer (Select MS Windows 200/2003 or 2008 where applicable).

In the Publishing Resources, click on the newly created entry, go to Application Tab and in Parameters (at bottom) enter "C:\path". The quotes are important, so make sure you include them.
