I am getting no password reset email (it's not in spam) and I'm locked out

    I've lost the password to my parallels account. Multiple attempts to reset the password result in no reset email being sent (and there's nothing in the spam folder). Can you help reset my password please?
    I've tried the @ParallelsCares account on twitter and it's either a bot or someone who doesn't read very well so I've given up there.

    I am also having the same issue. Don't receive the reset password email. Waited the 30 minutes and tried it again and none received.
