I can't get my trial activation key

i press get trial and it says unable to request a trial key.

Trial version is currently available for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
If you have any anti-virus installed on your Mac, try to disable the anti-virus and follow the steps as given at http://kb.parallels.com/123273 and this should help you to resolve the issue
