I cant install windows 10

Please help me I just got parallels just yesterday and all that shows up on my downloads screen is Ubuntu, android, chrome, and modern i.e. I was promised Windows and i didn't get what i was promised.

 

Hi, we would like to inform you that Parallels Desktop for Mac does not include Microsoft Windows. If you don't have a Windows installation DVD or an .iso disc image, you can purchase the DVD from retail stores or online retailers, including Amazon.com or the Microsoft Online Store.
We provide a chance to download one of free OS and also the trial version of Windows OS using the "modern IE" option.
