    I already did it and I get the same image that I sent you, and I don't get my purchase made. The system does not update my purchase and it does not appear on the screen, so I cannot use Parallels.

    Hello,
    With the code or subscription key that you have sent me, I get that the product license has expired. I copy the screenshot that I get when I enter the subscription key that you provide; When I bought Parallels, they never sent me my subscription code when I bought it, I attached a copy of my proof of payment.

    In my Parallels account, I do not see that they have entered my annual purchase from September 22, 2020 as indicated by my payment receipt, I see that they have entered a free one for 2 weeks that is already expired. It is the reason why I cannot use Parallels and it is the reason why I do not have a subscription key for the purchase made on September 22, 2020, I am attaching a purchase receipt again so that you can see the code of my receipt.

    Thanks, my mistake was that, I started session with apple mail and did not start session with university mail, I bought it with university mail, my purchase already appeared in the option to restore purchases, it is already solved.
