I did not enable auto-renewal but they renewed my license! How to get my money back?

    I didn't allow auto-renewal, but they renewed my license without my consent! I purchased a license on July 13, 2022 but I didn't enable auto-renew, I haven't used this old license since the beginning of this year and today I was surprised by a charge on my credit card.

    How can I cancel the license and get my money back? This is very frustrating as a customer...
