I download Office 2021 and double click on the file - but is say not mounted

    I want to purchase Parallels - but first I want to get Office 2021 up running.
    Current using test period

    I open and run parallels and windows
    Download Office 2021
    Double click on file and is say not mounted

    How to fix that issue
