I have a 268 Mb Shell file in my Windows VM. Can I delete it?

    The following file is in my .pvm package:
    {919b5372-4041-45aa-97ce-e3827d3f2e0b}.mem.sh
    Any idea what it is, why it's there, and whether I can get rid of it? It has the same time/date as the .hdd file, so I don't want to do anything that I'll regret. But getting back 268 MB is not bad for a days work...
