Ok let me state what I have first..
2.1 GHZ macBook running Leopard with 1GB of ram
Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit installed on my boot camp drive already registered
Parallels Desktop 3.0 for mad build 5160 (sep 11 2009)

Now before i installed Parallels I would be able to boot into windows and it would work perfectly. It had all of the updates and every driver worked just fine.
Yesterday I purchased and installed Parallels desktop. it installed just fine. when I open the program it recognized my windows on the boot camp drive and opened it and it runs smooth after all of the drivers were installed.

My problem is after I shut my system down and hold the alt key to boot into windows.
(at the windows log in screen) it does not recognize my mouse (touch pad) and if I type 1 or 2 key it acts as though i press 20 keys so I can't even log into windows at all. I was able to log in one time by typing really slow..(30 secs between each keystroke) and even when windows loaded it didn't recognize my touch pad.. some one please help me with this.

Try updating Parallels, build 5160 is not fully compatible with Leopard.

    Hello,

SixReasons, please uninstall Parallels Tools. Then reinstall them in Custom mode. Disable Mouse synchronization when reinstalling.

This is a try to localize the issue, not a workaround.

    Best regards,
    Xenos
