I have a valid activation key but I am not getting a password reset e-mail

    I have a valid activation key but I don't know which e-mail address the key is associated with. when I try to rest the password for likely e-mail addresses, I am not getting a password reset e-mail (and I am not filtering e-mails from parallels).

    Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks!
