I need help after i finished installing Parallels it freezes

    When I finish downloading parallels I click "Continue" and it just doesn't work only the advertisement just pops up I tried uninstalling reinstalling and even restarting my laptop but to no avail. Someone, please help me Screen Shot 2020-08-08 at 9.40.53 am.png
