Honestly i think having to post something like this on a message forum is a horrible end user experience. So community, how do I go about renewing only 1 license out of 3? My renewal is bulking 3 of them together and it appear no way to only pay for one and let the other 2 not renew. The licenses have already expired. I don't use social media so this is the only way to "contact" anyone.
Hello @TimS36, It is not possible to reduce the license quantities at the time of renewal, unfortunately. In this case, we are requesting you to purchase the new Parallels license key since it was already expired. The only difference is, that you have to reactivate the Parallels Application with the new key. Thanks.
