I received an upgrade key?

    So I purchased the full version of Parallels Desktop 11 online this morning. When I went to put in the activation code, it tells me "You have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from a previous version." I've never had another version of Parallels downloaded so I'm unsure what I'm supposed to do? I don't have a key from a "previous version" because I've never purchased any version of Parallels before this morning. Can someone please help or explain what I need to do? Thank you!
