I am requesting the immediate cancellation and disablement of automatic renewal for both of my Parallels Desktop for Mac subscriptions associated with this account. Your website's "Manage Subscription" link consistently returns the error message "Unable to Validate Request", and your support portal hangs indefinitely on "Pulling out personalized Support options...". I tried various other ways, all leading to 404, infinite spinning wheels, etc. This makes it impossible for me to disable auto-renewal myself. Please confirm in writing within 48 hours that both subscriptions have been cancelled and that auto-renewal has been turned off. Be advised that I have already filed a formal complaint with the German Verbraucherzentrale (Consumer Protection Agency) regarding the inability to cancel subscriptions via your website.
