Icons not in Dock

Hello, i have set all settings correct in parallels ( coherence and windows folder also shared desktop)
but i am not able to put windows icons to the dock. i clicked on it with the mouse und try to put it there but it springs away. on a other mac it is possible the same way. i installed and deinstalled parallels also twice (version 7 the newest)
if i like to start a app from the desk, it comes very short to the dock, disappears and nothing happened...
