    i purchased Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac Upgrade, EN (Compete)
    Order number: 17630686324

    but, I don't need it. I just need Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac. not upgrade ver.
    so I'd like to refude it. After that I'll buy Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac again.

    where can I refund it?

    http://www.parallels.com/support/request/

    You will be prompted to log into your account if you were not logged in previously.

    Please select 'Customer Service and Licensing' category from the first drop-down list. Then select 'Parallels Desktop' as a product.

    Please note that you do not need to have a support code to create such a request.
