A non-Parallels question, but maybe someone has a solution: Since a few days ago, IE 8 on my machine won't open certain links, namely those that open a pop-up. Instead it's showing me that it encountered a JavaScript error: "Interface not supported". Any help please? Thanks!
If anyone else runs across this, there is a solution. A guy wrote a bunch of scripts that re-register all required .dlls for IE 8 (all versions). Get the scripts here: http://iefaq.info/index.php?action=artikel&cat=42&id=133&artlang=en. I applied the scripts, restarted, and hey presto! clicking on links that open new windows via JavaScript works again.
