Can you run an IIS server on Windows in a window, and then access that from the Mac side from http://localhost/ or your IP address??

yes, I do it from windows VM to linux VM. I have a router managing DHCP and VMs or in bridged mode.

BenInBlack, i was about to ask the same question--can you be a bit more descriptive about how you are accomplishing this? I am behind a router doing DHCP. My Win IP I see when i run ipconfig is 192.168.1.113--and that is interchangeable with localhost for accessing IIS. My Mac IP is 192.168.1.101 and with apache running on that side, I can see that site from both Mac and Winders browsers. My problem is the Mac cant resolve the .113 address so doesnt appear to see IIS. Any help appreciated.
