I have an odd setup that I can't seem to find an answer for. My mac as a single virtual machine that runs Windows XP. This machine uses bridged networking over my ethernet port into a dedicated hardware vpn solution that goes to work. My mac uses the wireless network for everything else. I have set it up this way to avoid accidentally download movies or other large files through the company VPN. Now my question is, can I set up my IM client on my mac to bridge through my VM to access the company internal IM server? i.e. I am using Adium and want to set up a Jabber connection to my work Jabber server that is only available on the VPN that my VM connects to. Is this possible?
