There is a Mac version of Android Studio, which works fine. https://developer.android.com/studio . Even through my M3 has Rosetta installed I can only get the ARM based android emulations to work. I use it for reading library books on Cloudlibrary (there is no Mac version, and I don't like reading on the small screen of my phone)
