I tried to download AOL software in Parallels and Windows 10 on my Imac. The screen with the download froze so I did a command, option,escape on my keyboard and I get another frozen screen saying no boot device is available, press enter to continue but that does not work. How can I contact by phone anyone at Parallels, I would pay for the support on the phone?
