iMac's SD Card Slot in Windows 7 under Desktop 5?

I've recently got a new iMac and it has the SD card slot, which I really need to use in Windows 7 (virtual machine). I can access the SD there, but only if the SD card is connected in MacOS so that Parallels Desktop would recognize it as a network disk, but I need it to appear as a normal SD in Windows, like I can do with any USB flash drive. I checked out the Devices list in Parallels and there is nothing about SD. May be I just need to install some additional driver for iMac's SD reader, so Windows would recognize it properly? Please help.

(one of many reasons why I need my SD to appear independently in Windows and not to appear in MacOSX is to be able to format any card in damn NTFS)
