I have a stock Parallels XP SP2 (Pro) installation. I tried to open a wmv in imagegrabberII, the error was a box saying "Class not registered", trying to open a second time results in new error. "Either DirectDraw has not been installed or the Video Card capabilities are not suitable. Make sure the display is not in 16 color mode". I checked the display settings, and it is in 32 bit mode. You can duplicate with any wmv file found in "C:\windows\help\tours\windowsmediaplayer\video", imagegraberII can be found at "http://files.filefront.com/ImageGraberIIexe/;6609895;/fileinfo.html" tried with and without "experimental" directx shaders enabled tried with and without parallels tools installed. ran dxdiag, two dll's show up with yellow triangles. d38.dll ver 5.03.0001.094, 12/3/2007 15:04:34 and d3d9.dll ver 5.03.0001.0904 12/3/2007 15:04:32 This app works in my other physical windows xp machines. iMac 20" 2.4ghz core 2 duo
