Import VMWare Fusion virtual machines to Parallels?

Hi,

First of all, my apologies if this question has been posted before.

I'm currently using VMware Fusion 3.0 on my mac (snow leopard), running two virtual machines, i.e. Windows XP Home Edition and Vista (the latter as virtual bootcamp partition).

I've become really dissatisfied with VMware - after the upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 (thank god I opted first for 30 day trial mode before purchasing), both my machines hang. Getting support from VMWare is a calvary in itself. I've had colleagues recommend I switch to Parallels given that they are really satisfied with the product.

Hence, my question: is it possible to somehow transfer/migrate my VMWare machines to Parallels, or somehow convert them so that I do not need to do a clean install? I realize this might be a long shot, but worth asking nonetheless.
