Impossible to install an application

Hello,
I just paid and downloaded parallels as well as windows on my Mac in the purpose of installing a launcher for a game. I think I managed to download the launcher but there's no way I can install it. When I try to, it seems that it tries to install it again and again, the Windows installation blinking over and over. Any suggestion to help me ? Thank you.
