since adding a second virtual machine to parallels desktop for mac 11, my first VM (windows 10) won't work in coherence mode. When I try to run it that way, clicking on the windows 10 icon on the dock or menu bar reveals an empty grey box instead of a start menu. I've reinstalled parallels tools multiple times, increased VM memory and graphics memory - but all to no avail. I would like to TALK to someone about this. Please, let me know how I can reach a tech support specialist.
