    Hi all,
I'm facing a frustrating issue with the latest version of Windows. I am currently using Parallels 11 with a mid-2014 13" Retina MBP. I upgraded from Windows 8.1, which displayed my resolution (2560x1600) correctly, to Windows 10; the default resolution is now 1366x768 and the maximum possible is 1920x1200. It doesn't seem to have any awareness of the resolution of my screen at all. I have double-checked all of my settings and am now "resetting" the Windows 10 PC in the hopes of fixing it. What is going on and how can this be fixed?
    Best wishes,
    Thomas Elliott

Exactly same problem here. I have a thunderbolt display. Had no problems setting 2560x1600 in win 8.1 before upgrade to win10

I can only use the given resolution of 1024*768. It appears to be a known problem for which there is no solution.

Dear Parallels Team, please give me some answer. If there is nothing I can do, please let me know.

Hi Dhruba, I now sent a Problem Report ID but I am unable to contact support because my support code appears to be invalid. I activated Parallels 8 or 9 some times ago and now bought Parallels 11 (2 days ago). The new product is already activated with the serial to my account. As I would expect, with the new product comes a new support time, as promised on the webpage.

How can we find a solution to this problem to get closer to a solution for my initial problem? Can you please contact me, as I cannot contact you..
