I sent a email message to info@parallels.com on June 25 (21 days ago) and never received a reply.
On the chance that either my message or the reply was lost, I just resent the message (July 16), and got a bounce message with this:

Subject: Could not load a valid user

RT could not load a valid user, and RT's configuration does not allow
for the creation of a new user for your email.
