    Hi all,

I'm trying to install build 5160 on a MacBook Pro running Tiger 10.4.10. Parallels itself installs fine. However, once it starts up and launches the OS Installation Assistant, I run into a brick wall.

I can successfully enter all the info into the assistant, in either of the 3 options (express, typical, and custom). However, when I reach the final screen and click Finish, nothing happens. I have tried using both the CD and ISO options. Note that I am installing from an external CD/DVD drive. Note also that the ISO file is local, leading me to believe that the external drive is not a factor.

I have tried restarting the computer.

I have previously installed Parallels on this machine with no issues.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Was it running 10.4.10 beforehand?

I don't recall if it was on 10.4.10 when I installed it last time, but it certainly ran on this version.

Have you tried re-installing the Parallels application?
