Installation issues

    I was running an old version of Parallels (10 I think) and running Windows 7.
    I purchased a new License over the weekend and tried to install it. As I started the installation I realised that the installation key was in the email that was setup on the Window 7 VM. It has now suspended the windows 7 machine and now I can't complete the installation or activate the product for support.

    Help please I am running my business on this machine and have no access to it !!!!

    Hello JeffB12, please check your private message for the activation key for Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac. Please activate and let us know how it works.
