My Mac crashed and I have to start everything from scratch. I lost all my software and have to download Parallel 11 and reinstall on a new Windows 10 that I bought from Microsoft as I am traveling. During installation, I had an error message "No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, then click OK". I just couldn't find any right driver anywhere and my windows is an ISO file downloaded from Microsoft. What can I do?

If you purchase Windows 10 you can ask Microsoft for the .iso file and explain the situation.

I bought the Windows and downloaded the ISO file and I thought this is all I need from Microsoft.

I talked to Windows Support and they are not supporting Parallels, they can only support Boot Camp. But I have already purchased Parallels and don't want to move to Boot Camp. Where can I find the Drivers that it is asking for during the installation? Should I ask Apple?
