Installation timeframe and audio interface/sound problem

Hi guys,

I just installed Parallels desktop with Windows 7 Ultimate, everything seemed to install except on the top left of the parallels screen it still showed 'Windows 7 installing' so i left it as it was over night to see the next day it was still showing this, and i doubt it should take this long, so i selected 'continue installation manually' only ive know idea how to do that, but in any case i can use it.

The second issue is i have no sound on the windows side of things, and my sound system set up with an audio interface (saffire pro 14). I installed the drivers and restarted windows 7, but when i got into Hardware and sound and check out devices it says there is none, also when i open up my saffire mix control software it says there is no hardware connected when it is, it works fine on my OS X.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you installed Parallels tools?
