Installing a license copy

    Hi there,

    I had previously installed Parallels for MAC, trial version. By mistake I deleted and bought a new license. When I try to install the new license, installation process ask me for previous license key which it is the trial version.

    Account & Licenses user Parallels Desktop is lock and I can't access it
