I would like to install both an English and Japanese version of XP on a friends new macbook using parallels. I have already installed the English version and wonder if it's possible to also install the Japanese version. I don't need to run both at the same time just have access to either. If it is possible would it use up a lot more of the ram and hard disk or would they share the same allocation of ram?

Anyone have an idea on this one? I know you can run windows, linux and other operating systems on the same mac but can you run 2 versions of the same type?

    Thanks.....Kev

You can install as many OSes as you wish, click file new Virtual Machine, and follow wizard
