Installing Flash in PowerPoint - Flash Doesn't Play?

    I've installed a flash movie in PowerPoint using the standard method -

    - Select Shockwave Flash Object from Developer Tools
    - Enter the file location in the Movie property of the object

    This works on my wife's Windows PC running Windows 7, but on my Mac, running Windows 7 via Parallels, the flash movie doesn't play.

    How can I correct this?
