    G'day,

    1. Loaded Parallels off of the Parallels website
    2. Bought a copy of Windows Vista Home
    3. Opened Parallels
    4. Inserted Vista DVD as per instructions
    5. MacBook Pro wouldn't read this disc and was ejected
    6. Closed Parallels
    7. Loaded Vista onto portable hard drive then loaded it onto the MacBook Pro hard drive
    8. Opened Parallels
    9. Clicked 'Run Windows on your Mac'
    10. Got to 'Operating System Detection' - selected 'CD/DVD Image' only to find that the loaded Vista installation executable (.exe) file is visible but not able to be selected, nor is the setup file.
    11. Repeated step 10 only reading from the portable hard drive this time. Same result as step 10....
    12. Spent an hour trying to get an answer off of your website
    13. Spent another hour trying to call
    14. Now missing a deadline....
    15. Please help asap!

    All the best,

    Darren Doherty
