I have Parallels 7 with XP that runs fine. Trying to install Windows 7. First message "unable to connect cd/dvd1." Continue. The install screens come up, run through cd/dvd, floppy, etc, and ends with "no boot device." Help. I was told to do this install in Bootcamp, but I thought I'd try Parallels first.
