Well, I rarely complain about the installation process of software for macs, but Parallels has reached the bottom of the heap in this regard. Some of the problems in the three times I have tried to install: - the disk recognise that the software was out of date and downloaded the new version - all OK except that the disk image for the old version was also mounted - cannot install tools - did not recognise a new install disk for windows 7 - did not go past the initial win 7 install sequence (the first 30 seconds or so) - when I located the install file on the win7 disk - uninstalling left fragments of the software on the HD Not impressed. Not impressed at all - I cannot recommend the software to anyone, and regret buying it. Frankly it is useless to me if it does not do what I want it to do - install windows on my mac, and very irritating if it does not meet the usual high standard of other vendors software for macs. Tim
