Hello, Sometime it show that my license is not synchronized and when I see in the log information there is an error: Failed to send license usage (Return code: 28. Body: null.). when I try to sign in to my account to reactivate my license I get error message : internal error has occurred error 28.
@shibay unfortunately I cannot see the screenshots. Are you getting this error code after starting Parallels Desktop? Or maybe after the Windows VM start?
