Similar to a previous thread but with a twist.

I am running Parallels 4.0.3846 with XP installed on a MacBook Pro running 10.6.1.

I am having to use Live Sync in Windows to syncronise files with a work colleague (since Live Sunc doesn't work under 10.6!). This was working OK until very recently. Now it seems that Windows can't access the internet (and hence Live Sync can't work). When I open Explorer I get the 'Diagnose network problems' option...

The diagnostic log is shown at the end of this post. I have tried rebooting (as the network diagnostic says), but to no avail, although to be fair (?) this did work briefly last week.

This is beyond my ability to fix. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Peter

    Generally, steps are the following:

    1) Make sure that Parallels Tools are installed

    2) Please swtich to the Shared Networking mode.

If this doesn't help, click Start -> Run and execute cmd.exe. Type in the appeared window command "ipconfig /all". Then, without closing the window, click Parallels Destkop menu "Help"->"Report a Problem", send a problem report (it is not necessary to provide description) and post here the report ID.

This lines shows that Tools are installed.. so the step 1 can be ommited.
