Parallels starts, Windows Vista Business starts. I use Airport Extreme for my home wireless network. When I go to Welcome Center and select "Connect to the Internet", I get a window showing "Broadband Connection WAN miniport (PPPoE)." I'm asked if I: (1) want to use a connection that I already have; or (2) Create a new connection.

Choosing either and clicking Next, I'm asked for a username and password. Then I click Connect. Here I get a message either saying "Error Connection to Broadband Connection. Error 814. The underlying Ethernet connectivity required for the Broadband Connection was not found" or "Windows did not detect any networking hardware".

    What configurations/settings have I missed?

I'm sure there are people for whom Parallels works, but after reading some of this forum, I'm getting discouraged!
