Invalid Key

I'm on a MacMini M1 with Big Sur, created an account on parallels.com, downloaded and installed the Parallels desktop Tech Preview, downloaded and installed Win10 ARM from the msoft Insiders site, rebooted, started the desktop and it asked me for the key, which I entered and .... received "key is assigned to another account". I'm certain I entered the same key that was provided on the tech preview download page.

Deleted Parallels/Windows software and tried again, received same key, same result. Deleted my Parallels account, tried to recreate, says my email is locked for 60 days. Set up a different account with a different email, repeated process, received the same key again, this time it says key invalid. I'm flummoxed.

The only other thing I can mention is that I'm using Chrome (not Safari) and I manage my passwords with the LastPass Chrome extension.

How can I fix this?
